I’m Nikki Groom
“Officially” I’m a Business, Brand & Marketing Strategist - but at its core, all of my work comes down to reminding you that what you have to offer the world is special and valuable.
You matter. Your voice matters. And you are worthy of having the business and life you want.
Growing up in the U.K., I knew I wanted to experience the world as much as possible and stretch the limits of my potential, but I had no idea that at 27 I would wind up leaving my friends and family and flying over 3,000 miles to start a new life in the U.S. on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.
Neither could I have guessed that five years later, I would decide to follow my gut and leave behind a successful career in marketing to start my own business - first as a freelance copywriter and later as a speaker, strategist, and consultant earning more than I ever had as an employee.
I couldn’t have anticipated that becoming an entrepreneur would start me on a personal development journey that would empower me to not only find myself, but also my place in this world as I learned to align my values and commitments with the choices that I made (and continue to make) in service of myself and others.
But somehow, through life's twists and turns, I’ve made it this far - and these days, I feel so grateful that I get to work with incredible entrepreneurs from all over the world in deeply transformative, high-impact ways.
Since the inception of my business...
I’ve worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and leaders, including executives at some of the largest organizations in the world, been flown across the country for speaking engagements, helped the entrepreneurs in my mastermind groups to double their revenue, grown subscriber lists and follower counts into the tens of thousands, written a bestselling book, launched an acclaimed podcast, and met the two loves of my life: my boyfriend Jeff and my rescue dog Luna, who I live with just minutes from the ocean in beautiful Newport, Rhode Island.
And the best part is, I get to share my knowledge and support the powerhouses of tomorrow as they explore the roots of their self-doubt, experiment with purpose, and do more work that matters.

Nikki hosts the Movement Makers podcast, is the Founder of The 100 Stories Worth Telling Project, and acts as an adviser for social entrepreneurs and enterprises. She has been involved in dozens of projects and partnerships that focus on empowering women in business.
