Hey there!
I’m Nikki Groom
I’m a business, brand & marketing strategist with 23+ years of experience helping organizations, founders, executives, and experts turn complex ideas into marketing that moves people and drives growth.
Through all of it, the work I’ve loved most has stayed remarkably consistent: finding the story underneath the strategy, putting the right words around it, and helping great ideas reach the people they’re meant for.
Since the inception of my business...
I’ve supported hundreds of entrepreneurs and leaders, helped executives at one of the largest corporations in the world to share their stories, been flown across the country for speaking engagements, helped fellow small business owners to double their revenue, grow their followers into the tens of thousands, wrote a bestselling book, launched a popular podcast, and met the two loves of my life: my husband, Jeff, and my rescue dog, Luna, who I live with just minutes from the ocean in beautiful Newport, Rhode Island.
Nothing brings me more joy than supporting powerhouse experts to reach bigger audiences on bigger stages, so they can earn higher fees and do more work that matters.
