“We are better leaders at work when we have a clear intention on how we want to live. We can’t live one way at home and be a different person at work.”

Now more than ever, social purpose has become an urgent leadership imperative. In this episode, I interview seasoned business executive Emily Chang, author of the bestselling book, The Spare Room. Over the past 21 years, Emily’s job—with renowned companies like Procter & Gamble, Apple, and Starbucks—has introduced her to 16 different young people in need, who she has been able to provide with sanctuary in her family's spare room. Emily shares how you, too, can identify your legacy and lead with purpose.
